The plain description
Everything we can honestly tell you about what is in the box, in the order people usually ask it.
What it is
RecallRise is a dietary supplement, sold in capsules, intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over. Under United States law it is a food supplement — not a drug, not a medical device, and not a treatment for anything at all.
How to take it
The suggested use is one capsule daily, taken with food and a full glass of water, at whatever time of day you will actually remember. Do not exceed the suggested use printed on the bottle. There is no benefit to taking more, and we will not sell you a "loading dose".
What is in it
The complete ingredient list and the Supplement Facts panel are printed on every bottle and are the authoritative source — not this page. If the print is small, telephone +1 (516) 506-7800 before you order and we will read the whole panel to you, line by line, including the "other ingredients" at the bottom.
How much is in a bottle
30 capsules. At the suggested use of one a day that is a one-month supply, so a two-bottle order is roughly two months, three bottles roughly three, and six bottles roughly six.
Keeping it
Store it closed, somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight and away from children. A kitchen cupboard is fine; the windowsill above the sink is not. Check the date printed on the bottle and do not use it after that.
Who should not take it
Not for anyone under 18 years of age, and not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing. If you take prescription medication or are managing a health condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement. If you have a known allergy, read the full label first.

What we do not claim
Plenty of supplement pages promise things. This one does not, and here is exactly where the line sits.
- We do not claim RecallRise treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses any disease or condition.
- We do not claim it will change how you feel, sleep, think, remember or perform.
- We do not publish customer stories describing results, because results are not something we can promise.
- We do not print before-and-after anything, star ratings we wrote ourselves, or quotes from people we cannot name.
- We do not say it is a substitute for food, for exercise, or for anything your doctor has prescribed.
- We do not use countdown clocks, invented stock warnings, fake sales or pressure of any kind.
What we will tell you is what is in the bottle, what it costs, how fast it ships and how to send it back. That is the whole of our sales pitch, and if it is not enough to go on, please do not buy it.

Would you rather not type your card into a website?
That is perfectly reasonable, and a good share of our orders come in that way. Telephone +1 (516) 506-7800 during Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm ET and we will take the order down on the pad, repeat it back to you, and say the total out loud before anything is charged. There is no price difference between ordering here and ordering on the telephone.
After you order
Shipping, returns and paperwork
Parcels are left at the door. No signature is required.
When does it ship?
Orders that reach us before 3pm Eastern on a business day are packed the same afternoon; anything later goes out the next business day. You get an emailed confirmation straight away and a tracking number once the carrier collects the parcel.
How long does it take to arrive?
After dispatch, typically 2 to 3 business days in New York and the Northeast, 3 to 6 across the rest of the continental United States, and 5 to 10 to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Those are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and weekends and public holidays do not count.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is included on the three-bottle and six-bottle supplies. The two-bottle supply carries a flat $6.95 delivery charge, shown on the order page before you confirm anything.
How do returns work, exactly?
You have 180 days from delivery, and it applies whether the bottle is opened or not. Email help@myhealthyhomecare.com or ring +1 (516) 506-7800 first so we know to look out for it, post it back to the shop, and we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of it arriving. No restocking fee. If we got the order wrong or it was damaged in transit, we cover the return postage as well.
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
If it has not been packed yet, yes — ring +1 (516) 506-7800 and we will change or cancel it there and then. Once it has gone out, treat it as a return; the 180-day window covers it either way.
Will buying sign me up for text messages?
No. Our text message programme is marketing only and entirely separate from ordering. You opt in on purpose, on the contact page, and you can leave at any time by replying STOP or using our removal form. Order confirmations and tracking always come by email.

It is the least exciting section on the page and the most important one.
Talk to your doctor first
Particularly if you take prescription medication, are managing a health condition, are about to have surgery, or are pregnant or nursing. A supplement is not a small decision just because it is sold without a prescription, and your pharmacist can check it against everything else you take. We cannot, and we will not pretend otherwise.
The label is the authority
Read the whole label before you use it and keep it for reference. If anything on the bottle contradicts anything on this website, the bottle is right.
